KIYO KENSETSU KIKAI is a Japanese company that specializes in recondition for construction equipment spare parts. It was established in 1968 with the head office and facilities are located in Wakayama, south side of Osaka. KIYO currently is one of the largest spare parts suppliers in the Japanese market.
Our major partners are most of the Japanese makers such as Komatsu, Hitachi, Caterpillar, Kobelco, Sumitomo, etc.
We always aim for the highest quality in works, how to make our parts – “as close to new and original as possible”. To make this happen, we set up the inspection criteria to be nearly the same as the manufactures’ new vehicle standard and imitate the testings close to actual operating conditions.
Moreover, KIYO cooperates with Kawasaki Heavy Industries to design and develop all the bench testers, engine horsepower, and hydraulic testers in order to optimize the accuracy of testing performance. We are proud to be able to recondition a number of different parts including current-model engines (common-rail), pumps (electronic control), and motors.
MERA VIETNAM is a subsidiary company of KIYO KENSETSU KIKAI, it was established in 2012 when the demand for high-quality consumable parts was getting bigger and diversified in Japan.
MERA is located in Long Thanh industrial zone, Dong Nai, 40km away from Ho Chi Minh City. The facility area is about 13,500 sqm with a total initial investment of 3.75 million USD.
At MERA, we totally understand the importance of satisfying customers’ needs to become a reliable partner in this field. Thus, our mission is to bring the highest-quality products and offer optimized solutions for the mining and construction equipment with the excellent technology and after-sales services.
At the present, MERA is supplying to the major markets in Japan, we also supply to makers such as Komatsu, Hitachi, Caterpillar, Kobelco, Sumitomo as replacement parts from “third party”. On other hand, we expand our product range to the mining section where we get plenty of positive recognition about the parts’ quality and performance from clients in Australia, Mongolia, Russia, Ukraine, South Africa, US, Indonesia, Singapore, etc.
We currently focus on the development of high-quality spare parts to mining areas where customers’ always facing the issues of parts wear-out resulted in the big wastes of maintenance and machine downtime. Moreover, the genuine parts price is certainly expensive but not always available to serve. Sympathy with those concerns, we have been involved in the parts of mining equipment such as Track adjuster assy, H-links, I-Links, Swing bearings, Yokes, Track guard (HITACHI ZX870, EX1200, EX1900, EX2500, EX3600, EX5500, KOMATSU PC850, PC1250, PC2000).
